CFM stands behind its product, and will always support customers to the greatest extent possible. CFM is uniquely positioned to provide full product support for CFM56 engines based both on extensive fleet experience, as well as product-level knowledge.

TRUEngine designation confirms the engine content and availability of CFM technical data and, thus, streamlines the support process to provide optimized product support, which CFM believes is a key aspect of the value of CFM56 engines.

Extended part guarantee

Due to CFM’s rigorous development and testing processes, CFM56 engines containing CFM-approved content are designed to provide maximized engine operational availability.

Based on system knowledge of engines with the the TRUEngine designation, CFM is pleased to offer an extended new part warranty for all CFM approved material installed following TRUEngine designation.

Complimentary lease engine access

In the event, a CFM56 engine with TRUEngine designation experiences an actual or operational unavailability or unscheduled engine removal, CFM is pleased to offer an annual allowance of complimentary days of access to the pool of CFM-owned engines available for emergency lease support.
